About

Ann-Sue started her career in Law while she was still studying full-time towards her LL.B degree at the University of Pretoria (Tukkies). In between classes and exams she performed administrative and legal work at Du Plessis & Eksteen Attorneys which gifted her with valuable experience.

She completed her LL.B degree at Tukkies in 2006 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2008, and in 2017 she obtained the right of appearance in the High Court.

Ann-Sue completed articles of clerkship and launched her career as Director of Opperman Attorneys. After six years she made a change and stepped into the corporate legal world, joining Intercape for a period of two years as Junior Legal Counsel.

She returned to private practice in 2019 as owner of Mostert Attorneys. In 2021 Ann-Sue and Nico Raubenheimer joined forces and Mostert Raubenheimer Inc. Attorneys was born.

Ann-Sue has unqualified passion and love for children and enjoys representing their best interest in our Courts of Law. In furtherance of this she is undertaking a master’s degree in Family Law (LL.M) at UNISA in 2023 and aims to complete same by 2026, with her dissertation topic being “Parental Alienation”.
